Introducing the Lillie shed

Host birthday parties, meetings, book clubs, or any event you can imagine!

The Lillie Shed sits behind the Tea House, adjacent to the Tea House Playground.

Rental of the shed does not not include exclusive use of the playground or tennis/pickleball courts.

The Lillie Shed is available to rent seasonally from Mid-April through Mid-November, weather permitting. Please note this is a non-heated space. Shed rental includes a kitchenette, private bathroom, folding tables and chairs.

Rental is $250 for three hours, WVIS members receive a 20% discount. Click below to review the rental contract.
